How It Works
Your Strategy Council is built around consistent strategic thinking, not one-time advice.
Your engagement begins with an in-depth strategy session led by Omar Periu, Lead Strategist. Before your first meeting, you and anyone else you’d like to participate complete the EveryEdge Your Next Move™ strategic questionnaire, providing the foundation for a productive first session.
Before your first strategy session, your responses are analyzed by our AI Chief Strategy Officer, which provides strategic observations and recommendations for discussion during your initial meeting.
You can meet virtually through a three-hour Zoom strategy session, at our offices in Boca Raton, Florida, or at your location. For on-site strategy sessions, first-class airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and reasonable travel expenses are the responsibility of the client.
Following your initial strategy session, you’ll meet with your Strategy Council for one hour each week to evaluate opportunities, solve strategic challenges, and determine your next best move.
Every meeting is recorded, transcribed, and incorporated into your AI Chief Strategy Officer, creating a continuously expanding strategic knowledge base unique to your company.
